PLEASANT GROVE, UT – Utah Youth Education in Shooting Sports (UTYESS) has been awarded a $10,426 donation from USA Youth Education in Shooting Sports. This donation will be made to the MidwayUSA Foundation’s Team endowment program, which provide funding in perpetuity to promote Utah’s youth shooting sports activities.
Funds were made available for this match through a personal donation to USAYESS from Larry and Brenda Potterfield. This match was offered from USAYESS alongside the MidwayUSA Foundation’s GivingTuesday Drive which was held on December 1. Any USAYESS team receiving a donation to their endowment account on GivingTuesday received a match. All donations received were able to be matched. This is in addition to $175,000 in matching funds offered by MidwayUSA Foundation on GivingTuesday, again through a personal donation from Larry and Brenda Potterfield.
